Study on experimental methods of permeability for concrete carbonation

摘要为用适宜的渗透性试验方法检测混凝土的抗碳化能力,对现有各种混凝土渗透性试验方法进行了分析。指出表面吸水法能用来测量混凝土面层的吸水性,能反应混凝土表层(保护层)的渗透性和混凝土的抗碳化能力。对混凝土表面吸水试验标准进行了研究。指出混凝土试件宜采用100mm×100mm×100mm的立方体,烘干温度宜为60℃,烘干时间宜为72h。混凝土试件的浸水深度以2-5mm为宜,吸水时间以1h为佳,试验温度宜控制在20~25℃。
In order to obtain suitably experimental methods of permeability for detecting the concretes anti - carbonation ability, the existing experimental methods were analyzed.It points out the experiment of the surface water absorption can be used to measure the absorbent of the concrete's surface layer,which can reflect the concrete's.anti -carbonation ability and surface( protective layer) permeability.The experimental standard of the surface water absorption was established.It is good that the concrete specimens are supposed to be 100 mm× 100 mm × 100 mm cube;the drying temperature is 60℃ and the drying time is 72 h preferably.What's more the immersion depth of the concrete specimens is 2-5 mm preferably, water absorption time is 1 h and the test temperature should be controlled at 20-25 ℃.
